with elevated temperature, f.e. ceramic sintering furnace,
vacuum evaporating furnace, semiconductor monocrystal furnace
and CVD induction furnace etc. And they can be used as electrical
conducting materials. Such as conducting electrode in Na-S
storage battery and also used as reforcing material in composites.
