短碳纤维 短碳纤维是将聚丙烯腈基碳纤维连续长丝通过特殊切割设备,切成数毫米长的短纤维或磨成碳纤维粉。短碳纤维和碳纤维粉可与塑料、金属、橡胶等材料进行复合,以增加材料的强度和耐磨性。
本公司的产品规格为:2米长的小丝束碳纤维、10mm短纤维及200目碳纤维粉。
碳绳 本公司生产的碳绳是用聚丙烯腈基碳纤维编制而成的。现有规格有 3; 2。碳绳主要用来捆扎或缝纫高温隔热材料,如碳耗和碳布。 2的碳绳可专门用作等离子放电导线。

Carbon fibers Carbon fibers
are extensively used in the aeronautic and space, chemical,
architectural, textile, transportation, medical instruments,
sports and entertainment equipments industries due to their
low density, high strength and modulus, capability to be composited
with resins, metals, ceramics and cements.
The process for making carbon fibers from PAN fibers includes
a preliminary step of oxidizing the fibers and a subsequent
step of carbonizing the oxidized fibers. The main specifications

Chopped carbon fibers Chopped
carbon fibers are obtained by using special cutting machine,
which cuts continuous PAN based carbon fibers into several
millimeters length and carbon fiber powder is obtained by
grinder. Chopped carbon fiber and carbon fiber powder can
be composited with plastics, metals, rubber in order to increase
the strength and wear-resistance of these composites.
Specifications: carbon fiber with 2 metres length; chopped
carbon fiber with 10 mm length and chopped carbon fiber of
200 mesh.
Carbon cord Carbon cord is
braided with PAN based carbon fibers. The specifications of

cord is mainly used for bundling or sewing heat insulator,
f.e. carbon felt and carbon cloth. The carbon cord of 2
is spefcilized in iso-ionic discharge conducting wire.
